Due to COVID-19 and increased shipping order volumes, USPS is not guarantying any shipments.  We are not responsible for damaged and/or melted chocolate products.  We will not be issuing any refunds on shipping orders at this time.

We would like to get our beautiful chocolates to you in the best condition but our chocolates are very delicate and sensitive to heat and jostling.  Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that the products you order arrive at their destination in the best possible condition.

Payment by credit card payment link (sent through email) and acknowledgement of this Shipping Policy are required prior to the package shipping.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.  Any orders placed throughout the week will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday and will be shipped 1-3 day shipping.  This avoids the chocolates sitting in a shipping warehouse over a weekend.  We will do our best to ship within a week to two weeks of order placement but this is not always possible.  Same day shipping is not possible.  We suggest ordering early if you have a particular date that you would like to receive the chocolates by.  We are unable to ship if outside temperatures exceed 72 degrees. We are only able to ship during the cooler months of November to April. We may elect to delay shipping an order if the chance of heat damage is likely. During holidays such as Christmas and Valentines, USPS ground shipping delays may occur.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Postal delivery companies often leave packages outside and exposed to the heat. Fleur Sauvage Chocolates is unable to provide a refund for melted product shipped to a residential address.

Please verify the accuracy of the shipping address and make sure the recipient will be available to receive the shipment before placing an order. Fleur Sauvage Chocolates is unable to provide a refund for melted product if your package is undeliverable on the first attempt to the address provided.

All orders require a street address and phone number. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or outside of the United States.

Shipping is a flat rate of $25 per shipping box. This includes insulated shipping box, ice pack, shipping and handling.

All available box sizes may be shipped (4pc, 5pc, 6pc, 12pc, 20pc).  Up to three stacked bonbon boxes fit into each shipping box (12pc & 20pc).  Smaller sized boxes can fit more into the shipping box (4pc, 5pc, 6pc).

DISCLAIMER

We are not responsible for the following:

  • Errors on the part of the shipping company.
  • Damage to the shipment, including melting, once the delivery company takes possession of the packages.
  • Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and/or recipients.
  • Shipments which are undeliverable on the first attempt by the shipping company.
  • Deliveries made to unoccupied addresses and which are left outside at the discretion of the delivery driver.
  • Delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control.

We will not pay for re-shipping costs due to any of the instances mentioned above.
